Pontos Negativos: Chalé sujo (área externa suja, sacada suja, chalé com cheiro de mofo), café muito fraco (minas é o berço dos bons cafés, então a expectativa aumenta, tem que ter um pão de queijo de verdade, broa, bolo de fuba, etc... café deixou a desejar.
