"Lovely hotel with excellent food and very helpful staff. Situated right on the beach with its own private beach area serviced by a bar and coffee shop. Ideally situated right next to Sopot restaurants, bars, and other shops as well as the boardwalk (incl. beautiful sunsets). Highly recommended. "

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."
