"This is a lovely place to stay, but it does need a bit of tlc. Apparently there are plans to do some work soon. The pool is a good size and only 1.2m deep so quite safe. Our Villa as ok, but there were a few problems: worst, no smoke alarms! The extractor in the kitchen didn’t work, the oven had no shelves or grill pan, there was no microwave or toaster, not enough crockery, cutlery or glasses. No coathangers in the bedrooms. "Cheap cheerful accommodation in a quiet and safe location. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is very clean and has all the amenities you need for a budget holiday. "Downtown Park was our first option to spend a week holiday in Paphos this past November. This aparthotel offers an amazing view to the sea, the UNESCO archaeological site, and the lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and the communication was amazing. The only downside is the karaoke bar located in the bacjk of the hotel. The customers can get pretty loud in the evenings making your stay a bit uncomfortable, especially if you want to have a "quiet vacation"....

"Everything is wonderful. At the entrance they were very nice, the place is very clean, the rooms are spacious, the selection is kept and clean. Delicious and high quality meals, the hotel's bar is also excellent."

"A basic quality stay. You pay what you get. My wife and I stayed here before and we enjoyed our time. The staff are definitely the greatest asset. My only complaint is the noise of the air con which was so loud, I had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge where the air con was less loud. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day. The atmosphere around the pool area was chilled and relaxed which was definitely what we wanted. "
