The hotel was better than I expected. The property seems new and is in very good condition. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great area to visit Tokyo for the first time. It's close to many good restaurants, Senso-ji temple is 5 minutes away and the subway is within walking distance. You can even walk to Toyko Skytree. I liked the eco friendly room cleaning service that was offered. Thank you.

Room was very dusty, had to turn off the room’s air circulation because it was triggering my husband’s and my allergies. Gaming PC in the room is a very cool concept, but you cannot play any games that require a system restart because the computer will wipe itself clean upon every restart.

This is my second time staying here and my second review. The hotel staff is amazing. The hotel is amazing. Clean, simple and has everything you need. It’s close to various trains so with some minor walking you can go any direction of Tokyo. The staff once again is awesome and I told them that because of them I’d never stay in Tokyo unless it’s in this hotel. Always happy to be back - Renato
