"Rather upset that pool was ice cold. We specifically come your place instead of comfort suites because of pool and breakfast but no working indoor pool was very disappointing and no spa and your sign said you had one, outdated? Manager special maybe should go to 730 instead of just 7"

"Great property ONCE you get there. Shuttle service was a DISASTER. The shuttle serves multiple hotels so it was a cluster, thankfully the driver let us on, sitting on the floor of the shuttle bus which clearly was not big enough. Ubers were $30 to get you the 2 miles to the hotel. "
