"The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. However the walls are very thin and the noise curfew was not enforced at all—people were up until 3:30 am partying in public areas—making it difficult to fall asleep. The rooms could also use better locks to ensure they can be locked from inside. Overall, a great place if you want to be near Busan but not in the city. Just needs more in terms of the noise curfew enforcement. "

"Unfortunately, due to the rainy season, I noticed a musty smell in the room and the bedding was quite worn out. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel was quite narrow, and the door was very old and difficult to lock and unlock, making it impossible for me to do it by myself. I understand that these issues may be beyond your control, but I hope that you can address them in the future to provide a better experience for your guests."

"Service is amazing- front desk and concierge always went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. Hyundai Mall down the street with excellent shopping and a McDonalds 5min walk away make this the perfect Shilla Stay!"

"Located near the Gijang market it’s in a relatively quiet location. The rooms are quite small but the cleanliness is beyond expectations for its price as it’s a brand new hotel. Convenient check-in and check-out experience. Would recommend for anyone looking for a clean place to stay"

Nice location, other guest noise was a problem

"The location is lovely and so are the staff. The room was nice and cozy but efficient. Best Hotel for an Ulsan Stay

"Service is amazing- front desk and concierge always went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay with whatever we needed. Property is in a great location for Ulsan- we were easily able to get to Ulsan Stadium for a match as well as to Ilsan Beach within 20mins. "I ve heard a lot of this hotels and stayed a night for the first time and immediately noticed that it s a franchise from Japan, you can literally feel yourself in japanese style which is great, everything like small but you can find everything you need, they have breakfast included which is another great thing to stay here. I think i will stay in this chain in the future because they have some hotels in major cities 👍"

"The hotel is good value for money and located in the downtown area of Ulsan city. Good restaurants and pubs are nearby. The only controversial point is the fact that the reception(check-in) desk is located right in front of the elevators, so you have to see and say hello to staffs every time you go back to your room. "
