"Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. All amenities. We stayed in largish twin rooms next to each other. Only minor point is there was no connecting door. Also our room didn’t have a great view. Hotel beds are comfortable. Water is complementary and have coffee maker. All in all a good stay and great value too. "

"This hotel is very friendly to foreigners. The rooms are small but very cozy so we opted for 2 rooms for 4 people. There’s 2 convenient stores, a self service currency exchange machine, a self-service coin laundry, tons of restaurants, a spa, a pharmacy, walking distance to the Shinjuku Train/Metro station but far enough away from the crowds of rush hours. Etc. etc. It is also a main dropoff/pickup stop for the Airport Limousine Bus so it’s easy to get to and from Narita and Haneda Airports. "

"Very clean hotel, the only thing I didn't like was that the pool was closed. Sign said it would open on 19 July-September. I was there from 5-9 July and it was very hot in Tokyo. It should be open so guests can cool off during the hot summer months. Why does the pool open so late in July? Its hot now, I need the pool to be open now. "

"I travelled with my wife and kids and 2 adult family members. The Shinagawa Prince has the best location with the convenient eateries around. There is a small shopping center nearby to keep the kids busy but 7/11 downstairs has to be the best feature of all. Looking forward to returning ! "
