China-Vietnam Border Crossing

I liked my stay overall. The staff was always nice and helpful. The bath tub is tiny for me (6 ft tall). Also the shower controls don't work well. Water barely comes out the shower. The faucet part doesn't aim into the tub. Also the drain didn't work properly. I felt the bathroom could be cleaner as well. I didnt use the restaurant, spa or roof bar.

What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional staff. Courteous, polite, helpful and genuinely friendly, they went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression. In sum, The Oriental Jade Hotel is undoubtedly a first-class, five-star accommodation. I can confidently say that I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. This hotel is a true gem in the heart of the city!
