"This hotel was great. Booked a suite and they upgraded us no extra charge. We asked to stay another night - to which they happily let us and we stayed in our upgraded suite. Amazing pool.. amazing hot tub. If we are ever back in Chile we will come here again. 10/10. Breakfast was amazing. View was amazing. Great hotel! "

"No frills hostel that's a pretty good value. It's a hostel but there are no dorms, all the rooms are private with a shared bath. The place was very clean the rooms are a bit worn. The breakfast was OK but nothing spectacular. Cereal, bread, ham cheese, and there was a kuchen every day. No eggs, yogurt, pancakes or anything fancy.except the kuchen. There is one parking space available on a first come first served basis. Parking can be difficult to find during high season. There is a parking lot...

The most unsatisfactory thing was our room, which was very poor. There was not space for one person to walk past another, nowhere to put suitcases, no bedside lights, and the shower was small ugly and badly constructed.
