"our room was on the small side, but comfortable, The inn does have some charm and character. The in-house restaurant was hoppin' on the Saturday night that we were there. The full house meant it took a while to get our food but it was worth the wait. It's a conveniet base for exploring all the scenery, nature, hiking trails, waterfalls, rivers, mountains, etc, in the area."

"We stayed here with our large family and really enjoyed it! Will definitely come back. Beds were comfortable and units were big enough for our family to be comfortable. It was very clean, outside of some crumbs in the kitchen drawers. The kitchen could we stocked a little better, but it wasn’t terrible. Great views and a bonus to have the roof top to hangout! We will be back. "

"There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. There was no reply to my communications to resolve the issue. There was some phone communication but the voice to was clear, but by texting the response was fast and helpful thorough the trip. "This property has the potential to be great but they need to work on the details. PROS: Location is fantastic. Apartment was clean and nice layout. Bathrooms were spacious. CONS: The listing says it sleeps twelve but it only has enough beds for ten. It is advertised as lake view but we looked out at the neighbouring trailer park. They never sent checkin information. You have to call an information phone number to get access codes, which is an extra hassle you don’t want when traveling....

"The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "Very cute suite with mini kitchen. Little cluttered, table and chairs were right up against the bed. 2 bedrooms, perfect for a 3 person family or friends. Heating works real well. Location is central on main walkway in Harrison hot springs. The clerk upgraded our room without asking. Overall, great place to stay on a budget. "

Needs TLC

"The blow dryer wasn't working and there was a big draft coming from one of the small windows you can open. You can actually see the curtains moving when the curtains are closed due to the draft. As a result of that the heat was on most of the time. Not too good on the electrical bill. Otherwise the hotel and its location is very good and they also provide a free voucher for the local mineral pool."

"Very nice, the only thing is I think kids should not be allowed in the hot tubs especially after 9pm - have some adult time. There were young , like 6yos and 7yos in the hot tub with us at 10pm and we had to sensor ourselves and then eventually left. I understand the pool a bit more, but the hot tub full of adults at a nice hotel .... the rooms were nice, staff was like having a robot the girl there but it didn't really matter. Would stay again "
