"This property is located in the heart of downtown. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. The staff were what set this place apart, though. They went above and beyond for us in terms of helping to coordinate taxis, give suggestions, hold our luggage for the day, etc. The rooms with mountain views were gorgeous at sunset and sunrise."

"Hostal Baquedano was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Natales ahead and after completing the W trek. The location was great and only a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal to Torres Del Paine, and 5 minutes to the very centre of Natales- close to restaurants and shops. The owner was lovely and very helpful, helping us to store our extra luggage during the trek and this was waiting for us in our room when we returned. "Hostal America is such a gem. It is immaculate and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is on the simpler side but filling and generous (breads, meats, cheese, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice). We stayed before and after our Patagonian hike and enjoyed our time there immensely."
