"Went to go use one of the elevators to the parking garage and someone or an animal had defecated in the elevator and as soon as I turned around the staff desk said yep we know we have somebody coming to clean it up so hotel service was very friendly and quick. And the staff hooked it up with a glass of milk when we had heartburn really bad :) !!!"

"Room and hotel were well designed and impeccable as far as cleanliness. Pillows were good. Loved the day bed in the room. All of the little extra touches (lighting, Bluetooth mirror in bathrooms, bedding) were very nice. Negatives: room was very dry and bed comfort was a 6/10. "

"I checked in and the jr suite I had reserved was dusty like literal dust upon everything.. it did take two rooms until we got to the third for a good one but this was after I got in touch with the manager (Amira) on duty she was very very helpful and it was definitely worth my stay I enjoyed myself"

"We arrived very early but were able to check in which was great. Very convenient location to music venues so we didn’t even need a coat to get from hotel lobby to theatre. Friendly staff, we felt safe. Seems like there were recent renovations as things seemed clean and newer"

"The location is great and the room was clean and the staff was really accommodating. My only (slight) beef is the decor, in both the rooms and the restaurant/bar. Kind of funky (which I sometimes like and stark (which I usually do not)."

"This is an amazing hotel with a reasonable price. Staff is friendly and property is clean and in a quiet, convenient location. The rooms have a lot of space, are clean and have comfortable beds. The breakfast is beyond the basics and tastes amazing. They have staff on duty all morning so its always stocked and hot and it changes every day. Ive stayed in several hotels in the area and this is by far the best i have found for the price."

"No key cards. Very inconvenient for us as we like to come and go often. No upgrades. Room wasnt what was pictured on the website. Overall it was a nice stay. Restaurants is overpriced. And the host lady is very loud and unprofessional. I like to eat in peace not having to listening to loud conversation between co workers. "

"Property was great. Hiccup with checkin. They checked me in, but system was messed up. Wifi didn't work...checked me in again, then it worked. Then at Midnight, Everything resets and TV goes on welcoming me. So woke me up. Had 5 total hours to sleep. Got 3. Staff was great, just system issue,"
