"The welcome fruit platter was a nice touch Nice big room with huge bathroom that have his and hers sink, a bathtub, separate shower and wc. Bath salt and moisturizing facial mask was provided Great for leisure and holiday with a partner No proper desk so had to use the small round table for my laptop to get a little work done Oveall was a very enjoyable stay."

"My go- to hotel in Shanghai- perfect location, 1 block from the famous Nanjing Rd, very upscale property, half block from metro line 2, direct to airport, luxurious rooms- everything is gold or bronze plated, but it works in a gaudy way. I’ve been coming here for years, and the room furniture and fixtures are showing wear. Otherwise, a great property. TIP: book a deluxe room, not much more but very large!"

"Stayed in many hotels during my 2 weeks around China and this was the only one with obvious "classical luxury" vibe from overall design to the small amenities. King sized bed and duvet were super comfortable. Amazing Bund view but be noted it's towards the North Bund, not the old Bund. Staff were efficient, I had a small issue with the bath tub and a technician arrived at my room door for fixing within a couple minutes. Staff at the lounge were kind and attentive. Good quality food and beverage....

"This place is near to metro line, shopping street and eating restaurants. The hotel is clean. The cleaner cleans until the floor are very shining. Fast service whenever you ask for help. Only thing Im not happy is that we have to pay rmb 1k deposit. We need to swap the credit card rmb1k on top of the room rate during check in. This is the hotel policy that we cant change."

"What an incredible stay! Location is perfect since it'a walking distance to the Gala mall with tons of food options, and the surrounding is so clean and quiet. Incredible attention to details, from top to bottom. We got the lounge access room and it was amazing. The buffect breakfast is so conprehensive that my teenage kids both love it. The quality of food is incredible. The michelin 1 star restaurant on premise is really great too. Overall, this hotel had made our stay in Shanghai that much...
