"I absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were absolutely fantastic, the food from the restaurant was incredible, and the area around the hotel was beautiful and exciting to explore. Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to use the public bath facility, so I can't say anything about that. "The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. "We had a pretty good stay at the Toyoko Inn Saga. The Japanese style breakfast was great for one of us. The tub was nice but there were hairs left in the bathroom and a few pieces of plastic left on the floor of our cleaned room. Note that check in is at 4! Pretty late and the latest of anywhere we stayed in Japan. You are not allowed in a minute before 4. They have self check in and checkout machines that seem redundant. The staff still have to assist with it as it’s not very straight...
