Bang for the buck
The first night we were in an enormous room. However there were no Internet access for that section of the hotel. We were told it was being restored, but we never got it. In modern times this is more important than a phone in the room or a TV in the room in my opinion. We asked to be moved to another room in the front where I knew they had Internet access. The room was much better the bed was more comfortable. The breakfast was OK the first day, but it was the same menu every day of the week so I hope you like chilaquiles and huevos con jamon. The staff were really nice and the cleaning crew were exceptionally helpful. The location was great. I don’t know if I will ever go back to Chihuahua city, but if I do I probably will look for a different place to stay. But their price was excellent so I am overall happy with the hotel.

I liked that everything was close by. I disliked that there was no iron, no blow dryer even after it was stated in the website. I also disliked how small the restrooms were.

NO CHECK IN UNTIL THREE PM!!! Even though this allowed us to Discover this beautiful little city, and we were allowed to store our bags, and we were allowed to use the pool, not Having a chance to put your head down was disappointing. Arriving at ten am after a long overseas flight probably made us not the norm but it was obvious the hotel was not full

No bells or whistles needed
I loved the location. I only had to walk 2 blocks to get to la Cathedral. There are several other monuments that are within walking distance. The room was very spacious. A fridge and microwave would've been nice- not a deal breaker though. I would definitely stay here again. Oh yeah I almost forgot- very fair price.
