Customer service was amazing! When I entered the room, there were about 20-30 mosquitoes flying around & on the walls. I went to the front desk & asked if we could get another room. Instead of given a new room, they gave me the bug spray, Raid. I was appreciative as it killed all the mosquitoes. The shower has to be my favorite part of the room. Would recommend if there wasn’t a bug problem.

Wow!!!

Wow. This hotel is really a beauty! From a clean parking to a clean property! Hard to believe its 15 years old! Breakfast was phenomenal! A lot to choose from compared to other Best Westerns ive been to in the world! I met 3 front desk receptionist and they were all very nice and helpful. And the house keepers are doing a fantastic job!! The A/C in the room was cold and the Beds were comfortable. Just need to clean the shower heads but the bath was nice size. Thank you so much to the breakfast ladies!

From the start we had a welcoming atmosphere. The place was very clean. Our room was excellent. I liked the pool area, very peaceful. About the breakfast. Was a plus, made to order, very good choice. Also there are a lot of restaurants walking distance and most of them do delivery. We are definitely coming back to this hotel next time we visit Chihuahua.
