The staff was very friendly and you felt welcomed and seen. I like the option for room service even though we didn't use it on this trip. Also, I noticed the security guard which makes you feel safer knowing it isn't just a person at the desk trying to protect a whole hotel.

The Expedia reservation could not be found by the hotel. The hotel manager says Expedia failed to escalate the reservation and notify the hotel. Marriott was kind enough to provide a room so my family could stay. I’ll never use Expedia again and will be podcasting this experience and relaying it to my 150,000 followers

The front desk team was extremely nice! It was my birthday outing and I mentioned this when I checked in. Awhile later a knock was at my door and it was the front desk, they made me a birthday bag!! I was so surprised and super grateful! This made it the best birthday in awhile☺️

I’m not sure why this hotel doesn’t offer a free Netflix account and their TVs need to be updated. They’re running on a very old system and it makes the connectivity a little slower.
