This was my third stay in six weeks at the hotel. I was welcomed back by the hotel staff. The host at the restaurant is always very kind and accommodating to me especially since the hours are a little in flux during the low season. Looking forward to my feb stay here.

The hotel and its staff were excellent. The only problem we had was that we had to wait for more than 1 hour to get our 2 booked rooms due to a shortage of staff during that particular day (black Friday). The manager gave us an upgrade for our room due to that. The hotel has an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed a meal during one of the nights of our stay. I want also to take the opportunity to say, Saludos a Antonio, who excelled as an excellent employee and goes the extra mile. Very good stay and experience.

Me and my hubby were on a honeymoon and we got upgraded to the suite with the most amazing and beautiful views of the city and river. It was a corner room. Even though the hotel is near a busy intersection, it was pretty quite. There was a small firework show on the river as well and we were able to see it clearly from our room. The windows and window seats are really big which i was surprised about as they seem to be pretty small in the pictures on Expedia. The staffs were amazing, helpful, lovely and professional!! Walking distance to lots of places. Definitely would come back!!

We loved the big window seat and the afternoon popcorn! The room was very spacious. Also appreciated the friendly staff, nice shower, and how easy it was to get a late checkout. Not a fan of the in room coffee maker. Couldn't get it to work actually.
