Beautiful corner room overlooking the river, From check in to check out the entire experience was amazing! Drew, at the front desk, was exceptional The location is convenient to everything and felt totally safe walking around! Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

This hotel is beautiful and the room was one of the most comfortable we have stayed in in Chicago. It was spacious, the coffee maker worked great and the espresso was so good, the air conditioning actually worked and was easily adjustable (I despise when hotels won’t let you control the temperature). My daughter even said, “this bed is way more comfortable than our bed at home!” My only complaint was that check in took forever and staff was harried and overwhelmed so it was hard for them to give good service. To me it seemed like they were doing the best they could while being understaffed and that’s on management, not them.

I liked the decor, location & cleanliness, along with little touches like the filtered water from the faucet (huge!!), teapot, nespresso machine & yoga mat & weights. My only suggestion would be to include nespresso instructions in the online guide and a usb plug in the bathroom.

From the moment we walked in we felt engaged and comfort from the staff! Our check in time was 3pm we inquired about leaving our bags and they informed us that we could check in. When we got to the room it was very clean and the window seating area displaying the Chicago River took our breaths away! Our two day stay the staff was friendly, and when we checked out they allowed us to leave our bags until we were ready to head to our flight! An awesome stay!

We absolutely loved this hotel! We were greeted with the kindest staff (Courtney and Antonio) and we instantly felt welcomed. The room was spacious and clean and brand new! Absolutely would stay here again, was the best location of hotel in Chicago!

Hotel is nice and friendly. Following Google maps instructions to get to the hotel was challenging. Making left/right turns is almost impossible with pedestrians crossing. Locals have 0 patience. Worse than NYC. Chicago needs fix their traffic and Google needs update its map
