The location of this property is perfect, and the view is fantastic. The coffee and kitchen amenities were also great. This is the first time I have stayed in a property with a virtual lobby assistant, and it worked out well.

This is our second stay at this property. 3 families all had own room for private time but great kitchen living room when we all wanted to be together. This was the perfect base for our family Chicago vacation. We stayed in the 3-bedroom unit, and it had plenty of space for the four of us. We loved the views of the city, and the location was perfect for all the attractions we wanted to see. It was a short walk to the L, but we’re a family who likes to walk, so we were able to get most places on foot fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens soft, and all the amenities were nice. Everyone we met in the building (residents & staff) was helpful & friendly. We would definitely recommend this location to others and will look here first for future Chicago accommodations!

The location, accommodations and service were amazing. Clear instructions for check in and throughout the stay. This location was in a beautiful building on the heart of the South Loop Chicago. Very easy to walk to anything we wanted to see. Will definitely use Kasa again.

Kasa has been exactly what my family needed during our time between apartments. My only suggestion is to consider soaps and shampoos that do not contain coconut as that’s a common thing folks are allergic to, including my partner. Luckily we were close enough to a store that they were able to obtain different options.

Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The space is spacious with a great view. Convenient access to grocery stores nearby. The entire process from check-in to check-out was seamless. Excellent value for money—highly recommended!

Worked out great. Nice building and secure, parking was easy and felt safe. Target is right down the block for any needs. Walking distance or short uber to many of the museums and sites. Clean and comfortable beds. Sofa bed was comfortable as well. Washer/dryer and dishwasher worked fine, but very loud.
