Very nice 1-bedroom apartment with a very comfortable king-size bed. A 2-minute walk from the subway station and a lot of tourist places are a walkable distance too. Communication was great and very easy via text message. We loved our stay :-)

This room was very dirty, stains on pictures (which was very odd) walls had a bunch of scuffs and scratches, curtains had a weird stain and we had no hot water our first night. The only issue that was ever fixed was our water and was never offered a new room when the cleanliness couldn’t be fixed- will not be returning to another one of these.

Great place to stay while visiting our son in Chicago. Apartment was clean, safe and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Close to transportation and plenty of dining options within walking distance. Only let down was furniture in living room was small and a bit uncomfortable for two.
