Property was under construction so the experience could have been better if not for that. Free parking, good breakfast, and decent beds. Pool is small and no hot tub. Giordanos is just down the street.

The Hyatt name always symbolized elegance. Not so on this visit. The room was smaller than expected and was a crowded poorly designed space. Fridge tucked under a desk that could only be accessed by moving the chair, no light in the closet area, no towel bars in the bathroom, long black hairs in the shower, on the sink and the bedside table. The cheapest TP I have seen since London in 1976, towels so slicked with fabric softener that absorbing water was an impossible task. We understand the need to minimize servicing room but perhaps offering extra towels on the days no service was available would be helpful since there is no way to hang up towels so they could dry. A 2 inch square of soap is a little silly for a 2 day stay for 2 adults too. And would it be too expensive to put another waste basket in the bathroom? It is obvious that Hyatt put little thought into this facility, assuming that convenience to the airport was enough. The bed was comfortable, the room, quiet, and we liked the window coverings. I failed to read the reviews before booking the room (my bad) but really, soiled bath and only one operating elevator? And maybe someone should speak to the cleaner with long hair and request a hair covering and perhaps a prescription of Minoxidil for her shedding locks. Poor thing.

The hotel was under renovation, so some of the facilities were limited (breakfast in a conference room that didn’t seem to be cleaned frequently) but the service was friendly and the room was comfortable. It would have been nice if the pull out couch had been prepared for our arrival since we were arriving late at night and had to wait for the hotel shuttle. I was glad I called to ask about pick up at the airport because the correct door was not well marked (airport’s fault)
