The room was very nice but not the cleanest. All of the glasses were stained and gross and behind one of the beds was trash and dusty. Other than that everything else seemed cleaned and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very nice :) 7.5/10 would definitely recommend to a friend.

Huge teenage gang fight inside and outside the property. I was threatened in the stairwell by one of them. In the morning, there was a homeless man sleeping in the stairwell.

Great place to see. Price is worth it. Close to subway and to United Centre. Staff are very friendly Hallways are huge and clean and so are the rooms.

It was very close to Rush Hospital which is it's best selling point. Their room prices are competitive. They just need to work on their breakfast. The food is rather repetitive and can get cold quickly. They really need to use hot plates or something to keep the food warmer. The unheated stoneware isn't getting the job done.

Super convenient if you are going to the United Center, within a few blocks of walking distance or a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride. Parking was a bit of a challenge especially on the weekends as there is only one lot in the back of the hotel. Can be noisy at times as it is right off of the Interstate. Rooms are very secure as you have to have key card access to the elevators going up. Overall, 4/5 stars.
