I was scared to get this hotel due being in a state we know nothing about but overall this was a good hotel and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone second guessing just do it definitely worth the price

Bless this properties heart... the place looks like it was once about to be condemned but someone came in, bought it, and has been trying to put some bandaids on it. Floors I could swear are uneven, my ceiling was peeling, the wall by my window was sweating, the AC was making a terrible noise, the bathroom had beautiful granite shower walls and vanity top, but there was a crack in one of the tiles and other 'opening' from which I believe tiny ants starting coming through the second night. And the halls were quite stinky. I was also not very happy the ice machine didn't work - was actually non existent (at least on the 3rd floor). However, all that said, the bed was really comfortable! The eggs for breakfast were the best I've had at a hotel buffet, the variety was good; the bacon unfortunately was basically raw fat though, icky, but they had coffee, tea, and water available all day in the lobby which was nice. The water pressure is great. There was also a really pretty young black lady with long hair on the desk usually at night that was very personable and professional. I enjoyed talking with her. the elevator was also really cool. The only other bad thing was that when I asked to have my Best Western Rewards number put in for points I was told by the young man there that I wouldn't get any because I booked through a third party... ??? I didn't think that just because you booked from a third party you didn't get points... I think that's the thing I was most unhappy with.

Hotel was just of the interstate but was quiet. The little treats at check in were appreciated. The hotel is showing its age but everything trail works. We were on the main floor but was quiet in the room. Breakfast was ok, not a fan of powdered eggs or whatever kind of sausages were served. Coffee, juice, tea and yogurt along with cereal were other options.

Perfect for a quick getaway, but nothing spectacular. Not a bad experience at all. Got some rest and enjoyed the room. Only downside is the AC kept shutting itself on when we kept setting for heat. The temp changes caused me to get sick the next day. Also, it seems the property has plumbing issues. Willing to try other Best Western locations as long as this is not an issue.

I booked a double bed room, upon arrival the girl put me in room 110. She looked high or intellectually challenged. She said no more room available, even when I booked the Double room couple days ahead of time. Room 110 is the worst room ever. It smelled like someone smoked in it, it only had one King bed, it's located next to breakfast area and lobby, it was very loud and the bathroom was yucky, dirt in the shower. the next morning at 8AM I talked to a different lady who then gave me Room 211. That room 211 must have been available the night before. But the young lady didn't give it to me. Because , which guests would check out at 5am and the housekeeping immediately cleaned it so it's available to me at 8AM? I am at a loss, either management has to train the young lady who kept saying, "I apologized for the inconvenience" but wouldn't do good things for customers, or get her off drugs.

The hotel room is pretty good, spacious, and clean. It’s as good as a motel room can get. The heater worked fine but had a weird smell coming out. I appreciate that the front desk had a free work computer & printer for guests. They also had water, coffee and decaf coffee that you can use anytime (but they don’t refill it so by the end of the day it’s all empty). Breakfast was ok, I appreciated that they served breakfast in the first place because most places don’t even offer that. Overall I liked the place and would stay here again!
