The property was very dirty and unhiegenic. It’s not even a single star . You can smell cigarette smell in the rooms and hotel everywhere. When you complaint the management is not available after Monday to Friday 9-5 . Please don’t stay in hotel and don’t book through Expedia as everyone plays around and they never refund any money at all.

We drove 2 1/2 hours from home. First the jacuzzi was broken. They offered to switch rooms. But we were afraid there would be issues with another room. Then my boyfriend ended up super itchy from the bed sheets. He went to shower, the water was either too cold or too hot. So we decided to leave, and head for home. Because of how uncomfortable he was and itchy, and with there being problem after problem.

I enjoyed the full different breakfast daily. The workers keep the tables clean and the food plentiful. The staff was very nice and friendly. I liked the ice machine and vending machines on each floor with snacks and drinks.

The room I had was HUGE! I didn't expect that. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room/bathroom very clean. Areas I saw outside were also clean. Convenient to where I was going. Breakfast was pretty good and there were a lot of choices. Interaction with lobby staff and the staff in the breakfast area were pleasant. Would stay again.
