No A/C. very hot in room. The water temperature is Not stable, sometimes is too damn hot, can burn up your skin. Very terrible situation when you taking shower.

根本照騙。髒死。 樓下還是自己小吃店。 電視盒與電風扇都是灰塵。居然還要3500$。 A total scam, very dirty place. A eatery shop on the 1F. Dust all over fan and tv setup box. The housekeeper doesn’t seems to clean at all. Absolutely not recommending.

位置很好，在奮起湖老街末端，很容易找到， 食店就在咫尺，但設備殘舊，沒有空調。山腰地方天氣涼快，早上可能朝濕一點，熱水充足，離阿里山森林公園35公里，開車半個多小時便到，是晨早上阿里山觀日出的一個平價選擇，比阿里山公園內的旅店便宜很多。店主友善，熱心幫客人搬行李泊車，充滿着住民宿的感覺。

阿里山帰りに利用しました
阿里山へ訪ねた帰りに、奮起湖で宿泊するために利用しました。 バスで奮起湖に到着するも、宿の窓口が分かりにくく、周りの売店に訪ねてたどり着きました。スタッフは常に居てる訳ではなく、また18時までしか滞在していないので、それまでに必ずチェックインが必要です。日本語は通じませんが、英語で予約の旨と名前を伝えたら部屋に案内されました。 部屋は、ベットにテレビとビジネスホテルみたいな感じで、一通りアメニティグッズは用意されていましたが、ユニットバスのトイレの配管が少し臭く、においが気になったのが残念でした。 翌朝8時頃に出発したのですが、チェックアウト時、スタッフが窓口に不在で、手続きするまでかなり待たされました。急いでいる方は、前日にチェックアウトの時間を伝えた方が良いかと思います。

Nice location but not too clean
The double room allocated for me is smaller than it appears online and on the second floor which connects to a common balcony - people can appear right at my window. Since the netting is not locked, if I leave my window open for ventilation, anyone on the little balcony can open the netting and climb in. A cockroach also appeared in my room which makes me quite uncomfortable. Overall it'll be fine for a short stay but perhaps not too long.
