Personnel très gentil, attentif, serviable et accueillant. Ambiance conviviale. Les repas étaient copieux et de bonne qualité. La chambre n°1 donne directement sur le fleuve. En revanche, l'eau chaude n'était pas disponible ; le thé/café annoncé dans la chambre n'a pas été fourni ; il n'y avait pas de wifi disponible ; ni de chaînes multimedia comme annoncé sur le site Hotels.com (pas de télévision dans la chambre). Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux et complet (breakfast à l'anglaise), mais, en guise de café, c'est de la chicorée qui est proposée.
