Rooms are dated no lift, lake of amenities, breakfast offered was not great choice,flies were all over the fruit,very noisy location difficult to sleep, hot water was issue everyday, bedding was filthy, Old towels were use as bath mates on floor, Damp ceiling,toilet seat were broken, Basin tap we're broken nothing was there in good condition Wouldn't recommend this hotel Staff were very helpful and friendly

The property is well located, right on the edge of the Old City. Within walking distance to quality massage, great vegetarian restaurants, shops and temples. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. I will return for sure on future travel to this City.

Great find in Chiang Mai.

Lee is a terrific host, very friendly and helpful. The cooked to order breakfast is great. The room was comfortable and spacious.

Boutique hotel located in the Old City within walking distance of pretty much everything. Great fresh juice bar: try carrot, beet root, pineapple combo. Best cappuccino! Manager Lee is extremely helpful and very respectful. She outsourced my laundry inexpensively. Arranged for a private driver to take me to two temples and two water falls on my own timeline (unlike a tour). Treat her well.

Lee was an incredibly inviting host. She confirmed a reservation for us, gave helpful recommendations, and even assisted us in hailing a taxi on our way to the airport. We arrived early and our room was already ready which was such a blessing after 24+ hours of traveling. The rooms were nice, clean, and the location was walkable to lots of shopping and food. The breakfast was nice and complementary. Excellent value. I highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I thought I knew what excellent customer service was until I stayed here. Leigh and P go out of their way to help and are THE sweetest people ever. Nice clean room. Extremely strong air conditioning (yay!). It is on a busy street so if traffic noise bothers you bring ear plugs but we always travel with them and had no issues! Very clean, no issues with bugs at all. Beds are a bit hard but that's standard in Thailand - nothing that a $6 massage won't fix! Would stay here again for the staff alone.
