Hueandin Klinmai and the host Toy were fantastic! Toy made me feel like home with her warm welcome and attention to all my needs. The neighborhood is quiet. I was there in December and I didn’t need the air conditioning. I’ll definitely return.

I had a really lovely stay at Huelindin Boutique Hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt more like a home than a hotel — calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully cared for. The atmosphere is quiet and settled, with beautiful little details that make it easy to relax and properly land after travel or long days out. My room was comfortable, clean, and deeply restful. Toy was incredibly kind and attentive, and her care added so much to the feeling of being genuinely looked after in a warm, natural way — never intrusive, just quietly present when needed. The location was ideal: peaceful, yet close enough to everything I needed while staying in Chiang Mai. After a few days, it truly felt like my place to return to at the end of the day. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels personal, grounding, and easeful rather than busy or impersonal, I highly recommend Huelindin Boutique Hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful design, artfully decorated, clean, convenient to markets, restaurants, riverside, and the historic district. Perhaps the best aspect though was the owner/hostess, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Her positive energy made our stay particularly memorable.

Nice Hotel in a quiet area

The stay was amazing..the mother of Joy ( owner) was very helpful and made sure we understood everything about the room and the key to the gate etc. In the morning they gave us a breakfast and on our last morning we had a giftbox with breakfast items in it ! How lovely.. The room was very clean and the whole guesthouse is very tasteful decorated!!!!! We loved our stay there!

Toy is a wonderful host! Really generous and kind. Sweet little guesthouse However a tad out of the way for city exploring so take note if that’s your intention; especially if travelling solo. Found it difficult to get cabs to and fro.

Beautiful Thail House / Guesthouse

Really lovely guesthouse. Traditional Thai house, lots of personal touches. Room was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Very convenient for the bus terminal where Green Line buses depart if you’re heading to Chiang Rai or elsewhere!

Traditional Thai house in a peaceful neighborhood.

A good experience for anyone who wants to observe life in actual Chiangmai neighborhood while staying in a traditional Thai house. A peaceful and very eco way of life, I observed even the neighborhood small shops and hawkers do recycling daily.

Homey and very clean

We had a great stay at the Klinmai Boutique Hotel, the host Toy and her mother were really welcoming, we felt like home from the very first moment. The room is very clean, the place is very quiet away from the city buzz but very easy reachable in tuk tuk or if you want to have a lovely walk on the river side.

Home away from home

This hotel is fantastic if you're looking for an authentic Thai experience with comfortable rooms and a very friendly owner (and mum) The room style was to our taste, the location was a short ride away to the main tourist attractions (about 40b per person). The owner Toy and her mum were welcoming and helpful but never overbearing. A great place and I would stay here again.
