"Extremely beautiful! Comfortable bed, stunning view. PLEASE NOTE: Bathroom is outside. It is well-equipped, private, and a fun experience, however, it was very cold at night (January), and the bathroom is shared with mosquitos. If the bathroom situation isn't a deal-breaker, you MUST stay here!"

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BEWARE! Had to drive 1.5 hours on a motoscooter back to Chiang Mai at 1:30am because the rooms are infested with GIANT ants in the beds, and hundreds of small ants in the bathroom. They tried to move us to a different room and right when I walked in a giant ant crawled across the pillow on the bed.They offered to place me in a "different area/room", if i paid them more money! They essentially tried to extort money out of me just so I could have a non- infested hotel room. I've tried to get a refund from hotels.com because of the infestation and the fact I never even slept there- but they refuse.The hotel and hotels.com refuse to take any responsibility. At this point I'm forced to litigate the situation just to get my money back. "
