"Large comfortable room. Beds and pillows were just right re firmness and support. Breakfast and evening buffet had plenty of choices and the staff were very obliging with any requests. We were even offered coffee whilst waiting to be checked in, which was very kind and hospitable!"

"The hotel’s location is very convenient , especially if you are going to the caves and explore the historical sites. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for our driver ! Javits was super helpful, polite, reliable and affordable . He picked us up at the airport, took us around for 2 full days , and even took us to a local restaurant, where we met Ali, the friendly owner, and we had the most delicious indian meals. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel whilst visiting Ajanta and Ellora caves. The staff were all very obliging. The buffet breakfasts and dinner were very good, offering a range of Indian and western food. Considering it was a 5 star hotel, I thought the restaurant and bar prices were quite reasonably priced. The Indian dinner wine however, was not very good… way too sweet and quite expensive to boot. Stick with the beer or the gin. "

"The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"

"The hotel is pathetic it is not what is seen the photos there is no proper room service, restaurant is not operational, no room cleaning done, simple toilet rolls are not given and the reason given is TOILET ROLLS ARE GIVEN ONLY TO FOREIGNERS AND NOT INDIAN, overall waste of money."
