"My inlaws stayed here for their trip to Hyderabad for US visa. They mentioned it was a pleasant stay and everything was close-by which was convenient. Breakfast was good with many options. "

"It was the best stay we have had in India so far in our 30 years of travelling. What made it outstanding was its simple elegance of the guest rooms and the grandeur of the main palace was well maintained and kept. It was a surreal experience to be enjoyed, savoured and repeated for sure. The staff were extremely kind and took care of all our needs and beyond. " Not as good as expected. I’m glad to be out of there. The security guards were more helpful than the hotel staff. Food was subpar. Gym was very dirty, old used towels lying on equipment and nothing to wipe/clean equipment (although it had signs everywhere saying they do before and after each use). "The staff are courteous but more training is required. I liked the dining,

and fitness center experience. While th check in experience was good, the check o in t experience needs work. Taking care of guest experience needs work. Management needs to be more visible. Noise abatement needs to be considered. The property is next to a busy corridor and noise starts as early as 4 AM when the water tanker comes in (backs in to the property). The

"The staff and service were excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special, recommending places to visit and restaurants that we would enjoy. The Tattva

was one of the highlights of the stay, particularly the Potli massage. The hygiene and general cleanliness was satisfactory. There was a large variety of dishes available at both breakfast and dinner, however it could have been a little more diverse for people that cannot eat so much spice....
