The pool was and will be closed. It was 100 degrees out and i would have loved to take a dip but was told the pool is beoke and they are waiting on a repair fir the last 3 months that is so sad. The front desk lady said people are canceling reservation because of that. Its a nice hiotel. But they need the pool fixed

The staff was great. Cleaning services failed to provide soap,empty trash cans and make beds properly. The staff was only informed about the soft soap which was corrected. Bar soap for the vanity was not.

It was better than I expected. The location was convenient, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The property was very clean - the lobby, room, and breakfast area. The room was well maintained, with newer carpet, tile, and decor. The bed was comfortable. Just be sure to ask for a room other than 111. It is right off the lobby directly across from the breakfast area.
