"The property and stay itself was good. Trying to retrieve an item left behind is a bit ridiculous especially if you are visiting from out of state. Returned to retrieve a jacket I left prior to heading to the airport. I wasn’t allowed to retrieve my jacket from the closet. Staff would not go check. However they took my name and number and stated they would call if found. I was right there. I had to ask a friend to go there to pick up my coat, spend unnecessary money to mail it back to me....

" 2 floor loft layout was spacious, and beautiful Good desk space with a view to work off of Very clean, modern interior - terrible water pressure in the shower - can't close the heat vent by the bed in the loft, super hot always regardless of the thermostat temperature - doors to each individual hotel don't have soft close springs, so if you have rude guests near you that slam the door each time they go in/out you hear it clear as day "

"The area was nice, but i will say parking is terrible in that area. There’s a garage nearby that says it’s 24 hours but it isn’t… we drove around for ages to find parking when we got in around 1am so that was lame but the property itself was awesome. We love using Sonder and do it every chance we can find one. Check in is easy with the app and using the phone as a key is convenient too. It’s basically just an apartment you can stay in, so i really enjoy it"

"only reason this is lower is because i was a single female traveler. parking at night more then 3 blocks from the hotel is not safe for single females in philly. Also had issues with the only parking garage and parking spot hero trying (this is not the fault of expedia or the hotel!) just makes it frustrating trying to find parking not limited to 1hr on the street"

"This is a mixed review. On the whole,we were content. The property met our basi needs, checkin and check-out were easy. The loft was spacious and the unit has the basic unit amenities. There is also a large club space with a pool table and ping pong, and a well appointed gym. On the other hand, while the building annoints itself as a luxury complex, our unit was rather ordinary.
