"Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The restaurants serve delicious local dishes as well as international cuisine. The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay. It is beyond the control of the hotel but it is sad to see how the local government has ignored a naturally beautiful location to stray dogs, foul smelling garbage, poor drainage and abandoned public utility works etc. "

"Our recent stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was nothing short of amazing. It was a special trip with my mom, her sister, and the kids, a family reunion that turned into beautiful memories. The resort's serene backwater views and lush surroundings created the perfect setting for quality family time. We enjoyed delicious meals, relaxed by the pool, and had long chats late into the night. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, offering great comfort after our day’s fun. Whether it was exploring the property, sharing stories over breakfast, or just soaking in the view from the balcony, every moment felt special. A perfect mix of relaxation, laughter, and connection—definitely a trip we’ll cherish for years!"

The rooms were clean, stylish, and cozy. Room service were excellent. Food was great and service was attentive and efficient.I always stay here whenever I visit kochi. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety—Indian, Continental, and healthy options. Eventhough it was short stay with them I will be looking forward to come back ."

"Absolutely phenomenal property. There is a lot to do from fishing and kayaking to pottery and cultural programs. The staff too was exceptional. I regret not getting staff members names as they were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend spending a few days at this resort."
