"Good food Wine not great Beer was ok Cocktails, spirits and ice creams, crisps not included in all inclusive snack bar Kids were happy with food and drink though Apartment clean and had all we need with beautiful views of the sea from balcony which we all loved. It was fair distance 20 mins from Chania and taxis did pick us up and drop us off but wait was half an hour late for drop off and long wait in unorganised queues to get back, but was do able. "What an amazing hotel run by the most hard working, friendly and helpful people. "I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"We had an amazing time at Kedrissos. From the very start, the communication was excellent. We arrived after reception closed and they sent both an email and WhatsApp with clear instructions. "Så fint hotell med otroligt fin service. Vänlighet och tillmötesgående i alla avseenden. Rent och snyggt och med allt man kan behöva ha. Så som diskmedel schampo och tvål . Jätte fin ren pool. The bed was really comfortable and toiletries and a hairdryer were peovided. "The staff was excellent, especially George who gave us excellent excursion tips and was the friendliest server we had in Greece! All staff were very helpful, hotel is gorgeous. We had the 2 bedroom master suite and it was probably the nicest hotel room we ever had. Restaurants are all walkable and excellent. Stay away from the ones around the waterfront though. They are tourist traps. The only negative was that the shower head in the master suite upstairs was clogged and there was practically zero water pressure. We shared the kids’ bathroom for showers downstairs. I also had to ask for Expedia VIP amenity. They did bring up a small bottle of sparkly wine but I had to ask for it even though it was on the reservation. Breakfast was also excellent! "
