I stayed for 16 nights and requested a late checkout which they denied. I would think for my loyalty of over two weeks they would at least accommodate me for that. The in-room safe was broken and they were unable to fix it. It's a nice hotel but the staff is not very customer friendly or accommodating.

첫번째 입실한 방은 침대시트에서 냉새가 너무 심해, 방을 교체받았는데도 방에서는 쾌쾌한 냄새는 똑같음. 조식제공 검색해서 들어갔지만, 조식서비스 중단 이라 이용 못함

방음이 좀 아쉬움 아침에 옆방 초인종 소리, 문열어주려고 걷는소리 등 다 들리고 윗방 물소리같은 배관소음도 다 들림 베게가 매우 높은편 침대가 너무 푹신해서 오히려 불편했음 그외 청결한듯한 인상
