"This is a rental apartment. When you arrive , you call the manager to come to the ground floor to take you to your room. You are given one card key. The apartment is very modern and new, equipped with washer/ dryer and a full size fridge. Bathroom quite modern. Lots of storage space. There is daily house keeping. I had a two bedroom. Large beds. "First of all the address listed was incorrect. The "hotel" was actually a block away from there. We booked two rooms and called because our flight was delayed and we would be arriving the next day at 5am. When we were there we called the number provided and no answer. "The place is in very convenient and safe area. Easy access to Chunxi shopping center, many good international food restaurants, and metro stations. Good stay, recommend this hotel.

"We were happy with our stay overall. The room looks a bit outdated, but it’s well maintained and clean. Comparing to other Chinese local chain hotels, the quality of the room and service is much better, especially the breakfast, it had many varieties for both Chinese and Western styles, very good breakfast! The location is great, just right by the subway entrance. The 3 stars for the service is for the front desk staffs. They didn’t seem being well trained, looked cold and were not forthcoming, should have some smiles on the face at least."

"Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Pool is nice and clean, there is safety guard sit by whenever any guest come to swim. Washing machine and dryer are useful, especially for family travel. At center of the city, walking distance to many places. Taxi is easy to call using Didi. Staff is nice and helpful. So many street food, anywhere, and all of them are delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that they don't provide cool air con in winter and room can be very hot. Although the window can be open couple of inches and it does help to cool down a bit."

"Was upgraded to a suite which was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Good location near the river. Can I suggest a signage at the glass door? A sign at eye level will be helpful...before the Maan coffeehouse as I passed by it without realizing it is the entrance. "
