"We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small.
The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze.
There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. We were able to hop into a rickshaw for shops, ATM and bird sanctuary.
There is table tennis and other games.
Nice food and attentive staff, sometimes a lottle too attentive when you wanted to eat a meal in peace.
Room service was excellent "

"From the moment we walked in, we felt like family. This is paradise. We only had 24 hours but they were the most relaxing. The people, facilities, food, drinks and the whole experience was exceptional! We were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond to make it special!! Anju, Vasha and so many others (wish I knew their names) were wonderful. "

"Ripples Resort made our Kerala vacation. The food, service, and accommodations were all excellent. We stayed for five nights.
We had a bungalow near the canal. It was spacious, with a big living room, a bedroom, a small dressing area (I think), and an outdoor shower. It felt peaceful and private.
We did yoga on the last three days. I wish we’d started earlier. Deepa, the instructor, checked in with us and built routines that worked for our level. I’m not usually into yoga, but I looked forward to it each morning.
The food was everything I’d hoped for—authentic Kerala dishes, full of flavor. One morning, I even got to try sweet toddy. That was a treat.
There were bugs, but picaridin saved the day. I've stayed in other resorts in the area. I'm going back to this place."

What’s a holiday rental in Chengannur like?
Holiday rentals are private properties where you can stay for a few weeks, or just a few days, in Chengannur. Holiday rentals provide amenities such as kitchens and laundry facilities so you'll feel just like you're staying in your own home. If you're concerned about a clean environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of seclusion away from public hotel lifts and bustling concierge desks while still allowing you the excitement and enjoyment of travel. You'll also get more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive choice for a small group gathering.
