"A nice apartment, but given the high price, I was expecting everything to be perfect (the price was in comparison with a 5 star hotel). "First time to the City so did not know what to expect. We always like to stay close to Old Town whenever we go abroad and we were not far out with this accommodation. The area was respectable and the apartment was very modern, clean and well equipped. "Location is perfect and the rooms and bathrooms are very good size. The materials used in this hotel are very pleasing, good grade and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature is perfect and the AC works far better than most hotels. There were mutiple noise issies, similar to a piston of compressed air, none external to hotel, and perhaps linked to the AC, or not --all somewhat disruptive to rest, but in the end nothing some ear plugs did not solve-- the positives far outweighed this issue (which could be room dependent or even temporary, but went on good portions of teo evenings). I just wish the evening desk person had an iota of concern about investigating or mitigating a guest concern/report, instead of "who knows, too bad, might be from outside" general attitude and suggesting conveying issue to AM clerk. Minor issue but too dissmissive."

"We stayed at Apartamenty Sowa in Bydgoszcz, and we’re absolutely thrilled! Situated right in the heart of the city, near the Old Town, these apartments offer the perfect mix of a central location and tranquility – despite being in the center, it’s remarkably quiet, allowing us to unwind completely. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and decorated in a modern, stylish way with great attention to detail, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The amenities, including the kitchenette, are practical and modern, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bistro Lulu is a true highlight! The food is delicious, creatively prepared, and bursting with flavor, with breakfast being an absolute treat – a wide variety and top-notch quality. The staff deserves the highest praise – incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, they made us feel right at home. Perfect in every way

"Perfect in every way. Check in was quick, easy with excellent service. We were on the second floor and the room was a good size. The bathroom was spotless and a great size. The bed was really comfy, we had great nights sleep. We only had breakfast there once which was very good, but it's on the expensive side for Bydgoszcz. The bar area was relaxing and the roof terrace is amazing with fantastic views. Can't wait to come back. "
