"The hotel is very close to Ras El Ma within a few minutes walk and with beautiful street leading to the waterfall mentioned above. It looks nice outside but in my room you can smell the sewer leaking from somewhere in the bathroom. Both rooms in my unit were very cold and only one heater working (it was only 6 Celsius that night) I booked 2 nights for my stay but when I arrived they said there was only one night available. "

"Very unique property next to very beautiful streets great for picture taking. Short walk to plaza or taxi center. Food is best in plaza square. Some things were disappointing. I scheduled a taxi pick up with Mohammed from the airport in Tanger days before. He confirmed and told me the name of the driver. I provided flight information. Tanger is two hours away and when we arrived there was no transportation as promised. I called Mohammed ahout 10 times in whatsapp and he never picked up....

"This property is hard to find so pay a guy when you get out of your taxi 10 diraham to help find it, it’s worth it. The staff were new but helpful. The Essaouira room had character but no view. It is December and there is no heat so it is very cold. The upstairs balcony view is absolutely stunning and makes this hotel a 5 star. Breakfast was delicious and the woman who served us is very kind. "
