Since my arrival, was assigned to a room 101 full and infested of roaches. I have videos of this and pictures as well. Then after my complaint, I was reassigned to room 110, both first floor. And after lay down and try to watch tv, but tv control has no control over tv, another roach came down in tv screen. You can see the videos in my review on google Motel 6. As I do not have other place to go and been catch by storm, I request one more day. Manager, told me to wait till Saturday to renew my room. I agree. So Saturday I leave the room at 10:44 and move my belongings to lobby and the clerk or manager in that moment came tome with an attitude kicking me out from hotel. I ask to stay one more day and refuses the service to me. I ask if they going to turn me back my $100 dlls deposit and or honor it with re stay one more day and says he did not know me and they going to keep the deposit. This happens just know. Let me tell you my bus ticket to boarding time is 2:30 am Sunday, so now I’m homeless in Chattanooga with my belongings at street with few bucks. Want to mention Angie, the maid. She is doing a big effort to keep this hotel running but she is not enough to such a big responsibility!! Again see my videos at google map.

WORST HOTEL STAY EVER, No Hotels.com contact avbl
I booked a room ahead of time thinking it would be cheaper than trying to get a room "last minute" anywhere. I reserved a smoking room. After a rough day of driving that ended up being 10 hours, i get to my room. There's a roach on the door and there's no remote for the tv and no way to maually operate it. I discover a fire hazard when trying to find an outlet to charge the phone. I ask for a room with a remote for the tv. I get one--the remote doesn't work. Same type of tv--no manual operation available. There's a dead cockroach on the bath floor. I "need" to also deposit $ for incidentals. When I checkout, ask for a manager, ask for a corporate number ("You'll need to Google that"), and complain about my experience, the gal accuses me of throwing a pen at her, which,I did not, and informs me I won't be getting my $50 deposit back, and tells me to leave. She also said the other refund (for the room, itself), would need to go through Hotels.com since that's where it was booked. Apparently there's no real way to connect to their customer service either. It was good to note they are affiliated with Expedia as well, so there'll be no need to ever use them again either! I have the video of the bug n non working tv, but, apparently, one can't upload videos, pix only.

It was quiet, the staff was very nice, but was had one set of towels and rags for 4 nights, 1 roll of toilet paper, the desk/stand in the room was just broken and no one moved it or Mentioned it

I was unable to stay at the property! They did not recognize my booking. Very unhappy. And to make matters worse, I have been charged/billed ! I am extremely annoyed at this situation. The gentleman at the reception desk was however very friendly and phoned a few other properties. I demand repayment of the charges to my credit card. Fix it asap.

File a dispute with hotels.com already. I woke up with my 14-year-old son screaming because a roach was crawling on while he was awake. I didn’t know there was a roach on him until I turned on the light and there was one on the phone. I guess the roaches only come out after midnight. I spoke with the gentleman the next morning about the roaches and he got a attitude with me and we cussed each other out.

Ghetto is the best word I would use to describe this place. There are people using this motel as long term housing, which is very clear by their laundry hanging over the railing to dry and children’s bikes in the walkways outside of doors. The non-smoking room I got smelled immediately of extremely strong smoke, there was a roach in the room, the toilet paper holder was pulled out of the wall, and it there appeared to be human feces on the door to the bathroom. I’ve never stayed anywhere quite like this, and will never stay here again. Absolutely awful.
