"We stayed in an unrenovated room but view amazing and room itself very spacious. A little tired in the bathroom but it is an unrenovated room so yo be expected. Unfortunately out of their control the left broke down and we had to enter our room via side stairs through the laundry, however this made it very difficult not just for us but for all the stuff in the hotel who were absolutely fantastic. "Hotel Macchi is beautifully situated in Chatel with rooms facing the mountains and slopes.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given recommendations on sites to see and visits to do in the area.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the food is our of this world.
I highly recommend staying here!
