"The people were the most incredible, friendly, helpful and kind host that we've ever had. There was sometimes a little difficulty finding restaurants as it was a very remote area and they even offered to have supper for us. "We had a wonderful night at Clos d'Any. Any and Sylvain were excellent hosts and Any was kind enough to make us up a meal of bread and cheese though we had not booked any evening meal. Breakfast was very good and so was the local wine. The Bali-themed room was excellent and the other nationally themed rooms seemed to be too. The swimming pool looked great though we didn't use it. "Considering it is a place out in the country, with no stores or cafes nearby. I believe there should be some coffee/tea and especially water in the rooms. It was a very warm few days (over 90 degrees F/30 degrees C) and there was no water provided, and there were no glasses in the bathroom. The internet does not work well and I had to teach an online class which could not happen. Do not expect to connect to the internet. "

"Chambre et endroit très propre et calme. Le parquet craque un peu au risque de réveiller les voisins de palier mais c'est ce qui fait le charme de cet endroit. "Ideal location in the heart of the old town, steps away from the main shopping areas but on a quite side street. There are lots of restaurants around. Our room has a sitting room with a sofa and the shower and toliet rooms are seperated. The staff was frinendly and helpful. "

"This hotel was nicer than I expected. Very clean, helpful staff and an eco friendly room(large soap dispensers, smart lighting options). Perfect sized room for 1 person. Convenient to the city tram and Gare St Jean."
