Médiocre

Séjour médiocre. La salle d'eau privative est en fait un simple sas de douche avec rideau dans la chambre (vive le manque d'intimité). Idem pour les wc qui ne ferment pas à clé. Aucun plateau d'accueil. Des explications contradictoires et mensongères de la part du personnel. - pour le plateau d'accueil : la personne 1 nous dit que toutes les bouilloires sont au détartrage, qu'il n'a rien à nous proposer. La personne 2 nous dit que si nous avions réclamé à notre arrivée ils nous auraient fourni ce qu'il faut! - un message dans l'ascenseur, à l'accueil, ....nous prévient aussi que "par mesure de sécurité et d'hygiène, lors de notre séjour, personne ne rentrera dans la chambre". Faux. Le ménage a été fait mais nos affaires ont été mises à terre! Explication de la réception l'affiche n'a fait son apparition que tardivement la veille au soir et les chambres sont faites le matin. - côté écologique??? Il nous est dit que seules les serviettes déposées dans la salle de bain sont renouvelées....Faux!! Toutes les serviettes ont été mises au sale. Nous sommes 4 et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 3 serviettes. Pas d'insonorisation. Je regrette mon choix d'hôtel. Hôtel soit disant plus étoilé et surtout plus cher que celui du Futuroscope mais qui ne lui arrive pas à la cheville. A 700m du Futuroscope, certes mais chemin à peine balisé et surtout qui passe par des parkings, l'arrière de zone industrielle, des talus et tout ça non éclairé !

J’ai séjourné pour visite au Futuroscope , dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas disponible le soir , juste à emporter et nous avons mangé au pirate à côté , hôtel très confortable et bien équipé
