The staff at the front desk were very kind and beyond helpful and the room was very spacious, exactly what I needed. But as soon as I walked in, the room and bathroom had a very awful smell and the sheets as well as the towels were stained. I also had a few tiny visitors that I had to get rid of (roaches), so I was not happy about that. If it weren't for that my stay would have been excellent.

delayed checkin even though website says 3pmm initial experience on my birthday gave me a bad taste in my mouth skunky smell on 3rd floor and noisy smoking in front of the hotel i will neve stay at Woodspring Suites ever again

Roach infested, should not be open for the public. Had alarm going off for two hours. No memo/disclaimer about entering room to spray for roaches and told us not to spray additional roach spray for our own safety. Do not waste your money, better off camping.
