I really did have an overall great experience. It was super convenient and easy to get to/from the airport, downtown, as well as other events I attended. That being said, it was really quiet and relaxing. The staff I interacted with were all friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing I wish more attention was placed on is the tub had a drip and wasn't draining well, so the water accumulated, leaving a bit of rust around the drain. The tv remote's back was loose and kept falling off. Honestly, I didn't give the opportunity to fix or move me as by the time I realized both of these, I was already settled in the room and didn't want to move or have anyone coming in. Overall great experience.

The check-in staff was very pleasant and quick to answer my texts when I had a question. There was plenty of parking in the parking deck with easy access to my room. My suite was clean and quiet at night. The breakfast was also great. I would recommend this hotel.

Pro-walk within 10-15 minutes to dining and events. Cons- ok hotel, but would not recommen any room next to the access door to the garage. Did not get good rest at anytime during our stay due to the door constantly opening and slamming every 10-15 minutes from the other guest. It's very convenient to go out that door straight to your vehicle but when the whole floor is constantly going in and out it makes it a VERY NOISEY AND UNCOMFORTABLE STAY!! Window seal in the room had a very large spider in it that I had to get rid of. The spider web looked like it had been there awhile due to the dust and debris that was in the web that the cleaning crew apparently overlooked or missed.

Pros: great price, decent room, okay breakfast, friendly breakfast staff Con: when I first arrived at the front desk, the gentleman asked me for my ID and my physical credit card. I did not have my physical credit card. I had my Apple Pay on my phone. The gentleman at the front desk was not familiar with the fact that your hotel Apple Pay. He kept telling me that I needed my physical card. Eventually, he put it. He processed the payment and realize that you guys indeed took Apple Pay. He never apologize for his error. That was the beginning of my trip. We also were disappointed that you guys did not have a business as my husband needed to do some work and was disappointed that they sent us to another hotel the embassy to use theirs.

Property was very clean. I loved that we didn't have to worry about the number of towels in the room; plenty were there for us. We were able to walk a bit to a few areas of interest: there are a few restaurants and bars nearby: we enjoyed The Public House for late night drinks and food. Breakfast was better than most free breakfasts including potatoes along with eggs, oatmeal, and sausage. Parking was close, but no elevator was a bit difficult for us to take our carry-on suitcases up and down. Thanks for a great stay!
