I stayed here for 4 days. Our room wasn’t serviced the entire time we were there. I asked every day at the front desk for service. I was told that we will clean room. This never happened. I was in Charleston because my husband was having open heart surgery. This added to my stress. This was the poorest service at a hotel ever. I would advise people to not stay there.

Very nice staff. They accommodated my request to add my travel companion's name to my reservation so they could check in before I got there. Early check in, check out not until noon which is amazing. Clean. Comfy. Would go again.

The floor was very dirty in my room. The bathroom door touches the door making it hard to navigate in the bathroom. The safety bar was missing in the tub, leaving a hole in the shower surround that just fills with water. You could here the steps of the person walking around in the room above you. Breakfast was good and the towels were the nicest towels I've ever felt.

Our first room was musty and moldy. When we asked for a second room, we received one but it smelled like a bathroom in there. We soon found out why as the toilet had little water pressure to flush. We had to ask for a plunger which had to be located in a different room since it was being used by several other guests for the same problem. Also, when checking in, they tried to collect an additional $100 deposit even though the card on file with Expedia handles that. Many customers were at the desk complaining about the double charge. Finally, at check out we were supposed to get a discounted rate due to the issues we had, but Expedia stated that because we prepaid for the room, no such refunds could be given - not sure if this is an issue between the hotel and Expedia but it should be corrected.

The photos on the website don't do the suites justice. There is a separate living room with TV, couch and chair and desk with office chair. The bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a TV. Both rooms have separate thermostats. The staff, especially the cleaning staff, were wonderful.
