"The staff was impeccable. At the last minute, I realized that I had booked the wrong days and had no where to stay the first night. I called the hotel and was treated extremely well and they helped without overpricing for the last minute room. Even though I loved the property, I'd go back for the staff alone. Everyone was kind and helpful. They went above and beyond."

"Hotel aligns with the boutique old Charleston theme. However, I do think the reception staff and managerial staff need to smarten up for the price paid. E.G the receptionist could not help with any old town tours information, only a local bus service route. "

" Wonderful hotel in historic building, located in walking distance from all historic points of interest, in the heart of dinning and shopping district. Customer service was exceptional , helpful and welcoming . Personal welcoming notes awaiting in the room were very nice and welcoming touch ! At night , upon returning from a dinner, we found our room thoughtfully prepared for the night with sheets properly adjusted - nice touch! We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are in Charleston ! "
