The rooms are small with no AC, I had to work up at night to open the windows. The staff are not friendly and could not provide information about available services around the area. I dont recommend for people staying longer.

Stayed on monday and it was excellent however when we came back yesterday the air con was not working and it was uncomfortably warm, esp when trying to sleep. Staff are super nice

Checked in very late due to flight delays but receptionist couldnt have been any more accommodating. He was very nice. Perfect location to get to train station in morning

Great location as its opposite train and bus station and 2 minutes walk into town. Room was fully functional but could have done with tea and coffee making facilities. Pleasant staff and recommend a room on upper floor facing the canal and station.

Avoid if possible
The hotel is convenient for Charleroi airport but that’s where anything good stops about it. The bathroom had mould on the wall and ceiling. The toilet still had someone else crap stains in it. Every room has wooden floors but they have these plastic chairs that make this awful loud noise when they are moved.
